Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of VoxWave (the “Service”), operated by D & S Tech LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

VoxWave provides tools for internet radio: automated playout, a browser-based live studio, listener chat and requests, analytics, and a public station site. Features may change, improve, or be retired over time.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or access it in unauthorized ways.
• Do not broadcast content you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful where you or your listeners are.

4. Content and broadcasting rights

You retain ownership of the content you upload and broadcast. You are responsible for securing all rights and licenses required to broadcast your content, including music and performance licenses (see our Licensing page). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver your content to your listeners.

5. Payments, plans and gifts

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout. Listener gifts are processed through your own payment provider; VoxWave takes 0% of gift revenue and is not a party to those transactions. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned and unplanned interruptions may occur; current status is published on our status page.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the final signed version of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
